Serafino Rayman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Enrique Valentine when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Instituto CBA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niceto Fernandes was slow to take the kick. During this time Asado Vino y Truco FC's players had a chance to rest. Serafino Rayman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Enrique Valentine when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enrique Valentine, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Federico Primo charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Federico Primo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Asado Vino y Truco FC booed when Instituto CBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Primo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Luciano Errando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asado Vino y Truco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Errando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Azibar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Instituto CBA's Enrique Azibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Roderigo in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Jusepe during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Asado Vino y Truco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Errando to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Asado Vino y Truco FC's Delmar Barea got a free kick in the 55th minute. Eustacio Roderigo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Enrique Azibar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eustacio Roderigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Azibar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustacio Euloxu during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Eustacio Roderigo sped through Instituto CBA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Azibar. After a defensive mix-up in Asado Vino y Truco FC's zone, Serafino Rayman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Valentine came out of the goal and Serafino Rayman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Errando in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Azibar saved Instituto CBA from getting behind. In the 95th match minute, Instituto CBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Tartalo to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Fernandes, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Asado Vino y Truco FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
