In the 24th match minute, Boca Kids was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Raulo to maneuver through the defense. Igor Etxatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th match minute, Médanos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Baladi to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Médanos's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Milio came free, but Simon Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Misael during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Honorio Romano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Etxatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 70 played minutes Boca Kids got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Raulo. Honorio Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Garaile in the 73rd minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
