Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 143) Melchor Pacifico made the kick off and thus started the match. When Rodolfo Federigo fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballester FC's protests and gave Rodolfo Federigo a yellow card for diving instead. Rodolfo Federigo kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Rodrigo Checa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 8th playminute. In the 12th minute Ariel Gaitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Ballester FC's goalkeeper Fernando Urtun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Checa. Lino Dino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Gaitano's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Lino Dino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Gaitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Dino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Eliazar in the 21st minute of play. Ballester FC's Ariel Gaitano got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Ariel Gaitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Dino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Gaitano in the 28th minute of play. Lino Dino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Gaitano in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Rodrigo Checa could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Fernando Urtun however easily saved by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Jairo Eliazar let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 52nd minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. Lino Dino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Eliazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Dino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariel Gaitano went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Fernando Urtun came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Ramblones's Gabriel Hever. But to his dismay, Gabriel Hever quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 69th match minute, Ramblones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Checa to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Inocencio Beat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballester FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ramblones the free kick. After 78 played minutes Ballester FC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Beat. After some careless play in the Ballester FC defense, Rodrigo Checa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Urtun. The Ballester FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Urtun should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Ramblones's Lino Dino got control of the ball when Ariel Gaitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Lia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Melchor Pacifico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Urtun having to interfere. The Ramblones players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
