Arturo Joey who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Fernando Dabi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Cuervos del Sur fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Cuervos del Sur's Dante Gorri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 33 minutes into the match, Luganofootball's Casimiro Gutierrez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Dabi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casimiro Gutierrez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 minutes of play Cuervos del Sur's Rogelio Baldovino was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 37th match minute, Cuervos del Sur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Baldovino to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cuervos del Sur booed when Luganofootball was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Gutierrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes Cuervos del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Jacob. Arturo Joey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Dabi having to interfere. With a little luck, Luganofootball's Anastasio Ishmael got control of the ball when Dante Gorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernando Dabi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Joey's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Sebastian Jacob hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Dante Gorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anastasio Ishmael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Gorri in the 95th minute. After 96 played minutes Luganofootball got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Rufio. Cuervos del Sur's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
