Moron S.A.'s Humberto Herrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Beltran in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fausto Beltran made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Moron S.A.'s zone, Filomeno Lorien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Herrera came out of the goal and Filomeno Lorien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the game, Fausto Beltran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Humberto Herrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Filomeno Lorien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Moron S.A. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Leon Oxel hit a great ball.
