After 84 played minutes Finito LTA got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Austin. After a defensive mix-up in Finito LTA's zone, Gavino Etxahun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Euloxu came out of the goal and Gavino Etxahun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Euloxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Markel in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Inocencio Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the game, Aquiles Loramendi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curarú's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Finito LTA the free kick. After 92 played minutes Curarú got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Loramendi. Carmelo Artaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eulalio Pirro in the 95th minute.
