Artemio Abilio started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, River Plate's Bartolo Ruisko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that German Naike narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudio Dalmu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Joker FC's Bernabe Cidro got a free kick in the 9th minute. Danilo Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Rodrigo Fanuco came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Joker FC's Artemio Abilio. But to his dismay, Artemio Abilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Danilo Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leandro Erdiano's late challenge caught a River Plate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Erdiano helped the player get up and apologised. Leandro Erdiano hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 36 minutes of play, Joker FC's Artemio Abilio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Fanuco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodrigo Fanuco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Abilio in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Artemio Abilio notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of River Plate's Rodrigo Fanuco. Rodrigo Fanuco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claudio Dalmu hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. 50 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joker FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marciano Cuarto was slow to take the kick. During this time River Plate's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Marciano Cuarto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Joker FC's German Naike did a great save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danilo Jakes made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Joker FC's Celso Quintin got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Artemio Abilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erubiel Loco got in the 62nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Rodrigo Fanuco handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Bartolo Ruisko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River Plate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Erubiel Loco kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 75thth minute. Though ot was a great shot River Plate's keeper Rodrigo Fanuco was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Dante Piearres's late challenge caught a Joker FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Piearres helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Joker FC booed when River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. River Plate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Claudio Dalmu scored to the left of an out of position Rodrigo Fanuco, making the score, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Dalmu got free with Rodrigo Fanuco in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the match, River Plate's goalkeeper Rodrigo Fanuco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Loco. If Erubiel Loco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Locaio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Naelio charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnaldo Naelio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Naelio. After having played for 95 minutes, Celso Quintin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joker FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Quintin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joker FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
