Jose Natal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, calchin's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Berdaitz came free, but Adrian Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Lorencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Beremundo having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Baldomero Berdaitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pumas de B.Juarez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 40th match minute, Pumas de B.Juarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Aresti to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Beremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Lorencio in the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaspar Federigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Pumas de B.Juarez's Baldomero Berdaitz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Beremundo. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Pumas de B.Juarez's Baldomero Berdaitz in the 66th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Adrian Beremundo was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for calchin through an amazing save.
