David Pudes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cosme Dorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Pere in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th match minute, Huracan Canis Majoris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Sebastian Gombal in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Huracan Canis Majoris's Ubaldo Confesor. When Ubaldo Confesor came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Huracan Canis Majoris fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Confesor couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Huracan Canis Majoris booed when Lezcanos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Sendoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artemio Pere might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosme Dorio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artemio Pere ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Pedroso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernan Sendoa kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cosme Dorio was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Ubaldo Cloyo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ubaldo Cloyo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. In the 64th minute Sebastian Gombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Dorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Huracan Canis Majoris's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Benvide came free, but Cosme Dorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, Lezcanos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Gombal to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th match minute, Huracan Canis Majoris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Laurendi to maneuver through the defense. Lezcanos FC's David Pudes got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cosme Dorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Pudes, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Sebastian Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Pedroso in the 87th minute of play. Artemio Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Cloyo got free with Cosme Dorio in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Huracan Canis Majoris manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Lezcanos FC to win.
