Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 21st minute, Ubaldo Cloyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lezcanos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Alonzo Dantae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artemio Pere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Flores having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Pudes in the 40th minute of play forced Carrizal AFC's goalkeeper Hilario Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artemio Pere's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Flores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. David Pudes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Dantae to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrizal AFC's goalkeeper Hilario Flores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lezcanos FC's Sebastian Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Castel in the 62nd minute of play. Sebastian Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Castel in the 64th minute of play. In the 73rd minute of the match Lezcanos FC got a corner. Carrizal AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evelio Nesto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Evelio Nesto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Carrizal AFC's Hilario Flores did a great save. Sebastian Eguen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Dantae in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, Lezcanos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Benvide to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Castel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sebastian Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Dantae, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Lezcanos FC's David Pudes got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, David Pudes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hilario Flores, passed just outside the right post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lezcanos FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
