With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Birjaio in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Nuxila saved La Piedra from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Marcial Birjaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Marcial Birjaio notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of La Piedra's Alberto Nuxila. Alberto Nuxila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Abolengo. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, La Piedra's Aureliano Nesor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jedrzej Bielecki. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Isauro in the 71st minute of play forced El Abolengo's goalkeeper Jedrzej Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Nuxila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Pio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Honorio Arnalt came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the El Abolengo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Arnalt couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Abeita got free with Jedrzej Bielecki in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Victorio Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of El Abolengo booed when La Piedra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Gabirel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Arnalt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. El Abolengo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when Alberto Gabirel scored to the left of an out of position Jedrzej Bielecki, making the score, 6-2. There was no doubt that El Abolengo were the better team. El Abolengo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
