The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AS Roma. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victoriano Abascal in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulgencio Ibon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Viviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Fulgencio Ibon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, AS Roma's Melquiades Totakoxe got a free kick in the 21st minute. Fulgencio Ibon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Viviano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, AS Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Tximitx to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Abascal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Ibon was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Abascal in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Ibon saved AS Roma from getting behind. Leopoldo Viviano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Abascal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Abascal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Ibon was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Abascal in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Ibon saved AS Roma from getting behind. If Leopoldo Viviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Fulgencio Ibon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoriano Abascal's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind AS Roma's goalkeeper Fulgencio Ibon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victoriano Abascal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Ibon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Arsenio Precioso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johnni Bebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Ibon having to interfere. Victoriano Abascal struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Fulgencio Ibon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DyJ. Victoriano Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Ibon having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Leopoldo Viviano managed to get in a good position for a shot. DyJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Viviano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Ibon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AS Roma's Fulgencio Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnni Bebo in the 83rd minute of play. Victoriano Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martin McNiven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Tximitx in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Abascal got free with Fulgencio Ibon in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victoriano Abascal in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Ibon saved AS Roma from getting behind. In the 92nd minute, Victoriano Abascal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DyJ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. AS Roma's Fulgencio Ibon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save AS Roma from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded DyJ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AS Roma.
