Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Froilan Emeterio started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes La cicloneta got a freekick which was hit by Armando Gaizko. After a rather tough play, La cicloneta's Armando Gaizko got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes, Islandia F.C.'s Nemesio Medina shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guillermo Miliano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Islandia F.C. reached it. Herminio Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Txilar having to interfere. Federico Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Paulo Txilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Herminio Acevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La cicloneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Acevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Txilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Sanchez in the 20th minute of play forced Islandia F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herminio Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Paulo Txilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Islandia F.C.'s zone, Federico Sanchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Txilar came out of the goal and Federico Sanchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Islandia F.C.'s Paulo Txilar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Islandia F.C. from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Islandia F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txilar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herminio Acevedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Emeterio in the 39th minute of play forced La cicloneta's goalkeeper Guillermo Miliano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Emeterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Miliano having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Sanchez to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Froilan Emeterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Miliano was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Froilan Emeterio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Guillermo Miliano, passed just outside the right post. Tiburcio Janpier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Miliano having to interfere. Guillermo Miliano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Emeterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, La cicloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Oidor to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Emeterio in the 84th minute of play forced La cicloneta's goalkeeper Guillermo Miliano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Sanchez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Paulo Txilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Txilar having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Herminio Acevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Txilar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. La cicloneta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
