A nice corner shot did that Inocencio Checa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paulo Txilar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Talacasto AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Ponce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raimundo Ponce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Emeterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Raimundo Ponce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Janpier in the 59th minute of play. If Cleto Bembe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Cleto Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Txilar having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
