Marcelino Cordarrol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romeo Ler having to make a save. If Marcelino Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prospero Tino in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romeo Ler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcelino Cordarrol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiburcio Blasco kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Romeo Ler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prospero Tino went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Genaro Ekialde hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. A collision led to Frontera FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Lucio Lorien hit a great ball. Marcelino Cordarrol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Ler having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Prospero Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pérez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Tino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 40 played minutes, FC Pérez's Genaro Ekialde shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romeo Ler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Pérez reached it. Julian Costante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After 51 minutes, Godofredo Ibon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pérez and the Frontera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pérez's goalkeeper Jaime Austin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Frontera FC's Romeo Ler got control of the ball when Marcelino Cordarrol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frontera FC's Romeo Ler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Tino in the 70th minute of play. Nestor Loi kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on FC Pérez's corner Clemente Ovando fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Romeo Ler quite easily take care of the ball. Prospero Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Ler made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Marcelino Cordarrol sent off a good shot on target. When Prospero Tino came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FC Pérez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Tino couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Prospero Tino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Frontera FC were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Pérez for much of the match.
