FC Pérez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelino Cordarrol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltasar Gaskon kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. A hard shot 10 in the game by Marcelino Cordarrol from a close distance when the talented Nemesio Orlo managed to make a qualified save. Sueldos AFC's players were relieved. When Celedonio Isaio came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Sueldos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Isaio couldn't finish the play. Nemesio Orlo made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Marcelino Cordarrol sent off a good shot on target. Prospero Tino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Austin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Herrera in the 20th minute of play. Jaime Austin came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sueldos AFC's Baltasar Gaskon. But to his dismay, Baltasar Gaskon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nemesio Orlo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelino Cordarrol in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Tino in the 31st minute of play forced Sueldos AFC's goalkeeper Nemesio Orlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, FC Pérez's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Herrera came free, but Jaime Austin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prospero Tino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46thth minute of the game Carmelo Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pérez's Jaime Austin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The FC Pérez players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sueldos AFC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmelo Herrera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nemesio Orlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Tino in the 51st minute of the match. Baltasar Gaskon charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltasar Gaskon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sueldos AFC's Baltasar Gaskon got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Carolo Panfilo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Godofredo Ibon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sueldos AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
