Epifanio Bertran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Hori in the 5th minute of the match. Tomas Cordarryl was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Narciso Lorencio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Narciso Lorencio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Milosz Przybylo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Rosendo Hori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Epifanio Bertran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Rosendo Hori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Bertran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milosz Przybylo charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milosz Przybylo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Panqueua AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Przybylo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SAN LORENZO's Severino Txerran got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Milosz Przybylo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tomas Cordarryl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 29th minute of the match Baltasar Manex completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Baltasar Manex a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 29 played minutes SAN LORENZO got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Manex. In the 31st match minute, SAN LORENZO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Hori to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Silvano Feo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Epifanio Bertran was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Godofredo Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Epifanio Bertran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Feo scored 1-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Epifanio Bertran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Lorencio was the one to do the kick off. Narciso Lorencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milosz Przybylo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Cordarryl having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Udalaitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Epifanio Bertran, 1-3. When Silvano Feo came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the SAN LORENZO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Feo couldn't finish the play. Milosz Przybylo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Narciso Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Lorencio came free, but Tomas Cordarryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Lorencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Narciso Lorencio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Tomas Cordarryl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 84 minutes, Narciso Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panqueua AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Lorencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Narciso Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Narciso Lorencio came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Panqueua AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Lorencio couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Milosz Przybylo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panqueua AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Milosz Przybylo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Cordarryl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvano Feo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Epifanio Bertran made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Feo got free with Epifanio Bertran in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Panqueua AFC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
