Acebal's Bruno Enekoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Manex in the 29th minute of play. Silvano Feo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Bruno Enekoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Udalaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Enekoitz having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Silvano Feo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Enekoitz was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Silvano Feo succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvano Feo to strike the kick off in the second half. Bruno Enekoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Udalaitz in the 52nd minute of play. If Martin Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. Leonides Mazuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Cordarryl having to interfere. Tomas Cordarryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Hustaz in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acebal's goalkeeper Bruno Enekoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Leonides Mazuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Silvano Feo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SAN LORENZO's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Feo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Enekoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Martin Hustaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Cordarryl. SAN LORENZO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Hustaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Mazuste in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Cordarryl saved SAN LORENZO from getting behind. Tomas Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Mazuste in the 93rd minute of the match. If Silvano Feo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Acebal support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
