After 33 played minutes Miranda got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Kauldi. Moises Eate made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Prudencio Lugo sent off a good shot on target. Victor Lehior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, El Retutu's Moises Eate got control of the ball when Prudencio Lugo tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guaberto Thomas to make the kick off. Prudencio Lugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Thomas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Victor Lehior sped through Miranda's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paolo Steven. In the 71st minute, Prudencio Lugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute Miranda were awarded a corner. Tobias Gurutz went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Tobias Gurutz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Moises Eate quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 78 minutes into the game, Prudencio Lugo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Moises Eate was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eugenio Kauldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moises Eate showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eugenio Kauldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 96 minutes into the game, Tomás Marino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Retutu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miranda the free kick. Tomás Marino hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Retutu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tobias Gurutz was slow to take the kick. During this time Miranda's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Miranda's Tobias Gurutz to fire away a dangerous shot which Moises Eate despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
