Conhelo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miranda the free kick. Prudencio Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Cutberto having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Miranda's goalkeeper Paolo Steven had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Oskitz. Miranda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugenio Kauldi made a kick off. Paolo Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Frutos in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Prudencio Oskitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lázaro Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 60 minutes into the match, Prudencio Oskitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paolo Steven. Miranda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Oskitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 63 minutes into the match, Conhelo AFC's goalkeeper Eriberto Cutberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Lugo. Nicanor Edwardo charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Conhelo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Kauldi came free, but Eriberto Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Miranda players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Conhelo AFC.
