Spectators: 7170 (Terracing: 5379, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rosendo Hori started the match with the kick off. Rosendo Hori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Cutberto having to interfere. When Ceferino Ugaitz fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Conhelo AFC's protests and gave Ceferino Ugaitz a yellow card for diving instead. 13 minutes into the match, Conhelo AFC's goalkeeper Eriberto Cutberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Feo. Tomas Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Oskitz in the 18th minute of the match. Silvano Feo let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 21st minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Frutos in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Cordarryl saved SAN LORENZO from getting behind. Prudencio Oskitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eriberto Cutberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Lázaro Frutos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conhelo AFC's Eriberto Cutberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Hori in the 39th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Serafin Petri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Conhelo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lázaro Frutos made a kick off. During the 56th minute of the match Reynaldo Udalaitz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Reynaldo Udalaitz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Donato Cordero hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Severino Txerran, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Baltasar Manex charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltasar Manex the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. SAN LORENZO's Tomas Cordarryl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save SAN LORENZO from getting a goal against them. SAN LORENZO's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lázaro Frutos 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Luciano Azibar hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Silvano Feo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN LORENZO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Feo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nestor Ekaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Eriberto Cutberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Silvano Feo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Eriberto Cutberto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SAN LORENZO's Tomas Cordarryl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save SAN LORENZO from getting a goal against them. SAN LORENZO's Tomas Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Frutos in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Godofredo Etxeberri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAN LORENZO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Conhelo AFC the free kick. The supporters of Conhelo AFC booed when SAN LORENZO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Etxeberri didn't get a good kick on the ball. SAN LORENZO's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
