Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arturo Cresenciano started the match with the kick off. Fabian Quinten took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moises Eate. Moises Eate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 8th minute Guaberto Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Caradaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, Arturo Cresenciano made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Retutu's Moises Eate tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabian Quinten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute of the match, Israel Viviano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Moises Eate saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A hard shot by Elpidio Abechuco from long distance, 18 minutes into the match, got Moises Eate's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gaviotas FC's Bernabe Caradaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Precioso in the 25th minute of play. Gaviotas FC were furious when Cristo Tiso was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Cristo Tiso kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Lucero came free, but Bernabe Caradaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Perutxo in the 34th minute of the match. Bernabe Caradaro came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by El Retutu's Victor Lehior. But to his dismay, Victor Lehior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Esteve Perutxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Moises Eate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernabe Caradaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes of play, Gaviotas FC's Fabian Quinten made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Eate was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guaberto Thomas to strike the kick off in the second half. Fabian Quinten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Elpidio Abechuco fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaviotas FC's protests and gave Elpidio Abechuco a yellow card for diving instead. Elpidio Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Esteve Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Claris, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When Evelio Lucero fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Retutu's protests and gave Evelio Lucero a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of El Retutu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gaviotas FC:s goal. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for Gaviotas FC. Esteve Perutxo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Moises Eate. 4-1. Esteve Perutxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Moises Eate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Tomás Marino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernabe Caradaro. The goal made the score 4-2. 78 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Lehior came free, but Bernabe Caradaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Gaviotas FC's Fabian Quinten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moises Eate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. If Erubiel Claris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Eusko in the 96th minute of play forced El Retutu's goalkeeper Moises Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gaviotas FC had played much better football throughout.
