The audience was convinced that Gualterio Dalmu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danilo Bertin was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, Sinsacate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Guerrero came free, but Benjamin Gombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toque y Va's Paulo Guerrero got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute Melquiades Katia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Bertin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Dalmu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Dalmau hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Anibal Baristo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toque y Va fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Gualterio Dalmu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danilo Bertin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Dalmu in the 41st minute of play forced Toque y Va's goalkeeper Danilo Bertin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Cresitobalo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Danilo Bertin. Toque y Va's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 63 minutes, Elvio Paez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sinsacate FC and the Toque y Va players grew even worse after the yellow card. But to his dismay, Gualterio Dalmu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 70 minutes into the match, Gualterio Dalmu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Danilo Bertin, 1-2. After having played for 73 minutes, Melquiades Katia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinsacate FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Katia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualterio Dalmus short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Danilo Bertin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st minute, Victoriano Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victoriano Dalmau struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. When Melquiades Katia fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sinsacate FC's protests and gave Melquiades Katia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sinsacate FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Melquiades Katia hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Guerrero in the 88th minute of play forced Sinsacate FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Gombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Hipolito Txurio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sinsacate FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Txurio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Bertin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sinsacate FC played a much better game than Toque y Va and deserved their victory. The Toque y Va players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
