Spectators: 5050 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Melquiades Batista kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Sébila's Igor Errolan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 8 minutes into the match, Hinojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Errolan came free, but Benedicto Illan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Hinojo FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Illan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Gabon. Benedicto Illan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florencio Gabon in the 16th minute. Humberto Urbez hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Gabon in the 20th minute of play forced Hinojo FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Illan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sébila's zone, Humberto Urbez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Francis came out of the goal and Humberto Urbez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Lizbeth took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hector Francis. Hector Francis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Hinojo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sébila:s goal. Igor Errolan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Benedicto Illan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hinojo FC's Sergio Cebrian got a free kick in the 41st minute. Sergio Cebrian lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hinojo FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Sébila's Christian Lauren got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Benedicto Illan. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Benedicto Illan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Errolan in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Sébila booed when Hinojo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute Florencio Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Illan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Hinojo FC defense, Florencio Gabon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Illan. The Hinojo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Illan should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florencio Gabon in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedicto Illan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, Hinojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Gabon came free, but Benedicto Illan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedicto Illan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Errolan in the 73rd minute of the match. Igor Errolan might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Illan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Errolan ran back to his position shaking his head. Florencio Gabon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Hinojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Gabon came free, but Benedicto Illan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Urbez charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Urbez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Hinojo FC's Humberto Urbez got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute Igor Errolan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Illan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sébila's Igor Errolan got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Illan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florencio Gabon's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. When the referee ended the match the Sébila players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
