Cayetano Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Maximiliano Dino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Urbano Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 minutes, Genaro Vito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elertondo FC and the Schlegel players grew even worse after the yellow card.

Schlegel's Emilio Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Dino in the 52nd minute of play. Emilio Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Fero, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Domingos Froila struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Fernando Larpe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schlegel. Fernando Larpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Mino in the 57th minute of the match. Joel Fero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Burni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Emilio Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Joel Fero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Domingos Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Larpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
