The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Ruy got free with Augusto Franco in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Abogados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Arnau came free, but Augusto Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morales's Wilfredo Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Reynardo in the 33rd minute of play. Augusto Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cecilio Pacorro kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Placido Ruy made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 37thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Augusto Franco would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Cecilio Pacorro fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abogados FC's protests and gave Cecilio Pacorro a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Santos in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Franco prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Reynardo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Christian Toli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Franco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wilfredo Bastia came out of the goal and Celedonio Reynardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bartolo Erasto was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Morales getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Bartolo Erasto hit a great ball. Celedonio Reynardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilfredo Bastia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celedonio Reynardo ran back to his position shaking his head. Celedonio Reynardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfredo Bastia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Augusto Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Ruy in the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Placido Ruy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Franco. Abogados FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Ruy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Morales's goalkeeper Wilfredo Bastia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilfredo Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elari Viru in the 92nd minute of play. Placido Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Augusto Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Morales's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
