Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hector Garaile kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute Braulio Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Tomi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Llope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Garaile in the 12th minute of play forced Arroyito's goalkeeper Baldomero Tomi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Arroyito's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Vargas came free, but Baldomero Tomi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Club Atlético La Falda's Hector Garaile nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomero Tomi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 33rdth minute of the game Braulio Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arroyito's Baldomero Tomi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hector Garaile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Baldomero Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braulio Vargas took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomero Tomi. Baldomero Tomi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Jerrold made a kick off. Camilo Reynardo's late challenge caught a Club Atlético La Falda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Reynardo helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arroyito! Baldomero Tomi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braulio Vargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Club Atlético La Falda's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Jerrold came free, but Evelio Costante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Tomi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. Club Atlético La Falda's Christian Martino was substituted for Ubaldo Llope. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético La Falda's Ubaldo Llope got a free kick in the 74th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Braulio Vargas in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Tomi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Hector Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Christian Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético La Falda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arroyito's Baldomero Tomi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Vargas in the 84th minute of play. After 85 minutes Arroyito's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Braulio Vargas who took care of the corner kick. After 86 played minutes Club Atlético La Falda got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Nahia. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Martino got free with Baldomero Tomi in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 91 minutes of play, Arroyito's Arnaldo Jerrold made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Costante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baldomero Tomi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Dabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Baldomero Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baldomero Tomi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. When the match was over Club Atlético La Falda could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arroyito throughout the match.
