Pablo Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Rencio in the 20th minute of the match. Pablo Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Sixto Mattin managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 48th minute Godofredo Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Rencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicasio Gar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the game, Cayetano Paulin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Nicasio Gar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luján's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
