Spectators: 7283 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Niceto Bonifaco kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Maozinha F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Barbosa came free, but Adrian Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, La Cruzada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Carlomagno came free, but Gaudencio Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th match minute, La Cruzada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Ascencio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Maozinha F.C's zone, Niceto Bonifaco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Handi came out of the goal and Niceto Bonifaco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Handi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Bonifaco's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute Niceto Bonifaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Niceto Bonifaco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adrian Handi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the game, La Cruzada FC's Gaspar Ascencio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrian Handi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 23 played minutes Maozinha F.C got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Lluc. Adrian Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, La Cruzada FC's Niceto Bonifaco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adrian Handi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Maozinha F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! In the 30th minute there was a penalty for La Cruzada FC. Gregorio Cordarin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adrian Handi. 0-3. In the 34th minute, Hipolito Barbosa made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Handi. Maozinha F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Niceto Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When Hipolito Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the La Cruzada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Barbosa couldn't finish the play. Gaudencio Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Macerio in the 54th minute of play. Adrian Handi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Niceto Bonifaco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 58 minute of play. Niceto Bonifaco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Handi having to make a save. Niceto Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Handi having to interfere. Adrian Handi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Bonifaco's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Adrian Handi stood somewhat misplaced when Niceto Bonifaco came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 72 minute. 83 minutes into the game, Niceto Bonifaco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Handi. Niceto Bonifaco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. 86 minutes into the match, Maozinha F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Bonifaco came free, but Adrian Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Niceto Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded La Cruzada FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Maozinha F.C.
