A sloppy throw-in by Benito Dino in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo morón's Modesto Peru. 19 minutes into the game, Donato Cristofor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guerrero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo morón the free kick. A collision led to Guerrero getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Donato Cristofor hit a great ball. Danilo Ixona scored 2-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Arnau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 minutes of play, Guerrero's Gustavo Ofelio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerardo Luken was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Danilo Ixona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo morón's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Ixona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Arnau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Deportivo morón's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Cordaryal came free, but Gerardo Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Deportivo morón's Danilo Ixona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Arnau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Danilo Ixona to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Guerrero's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Ixona came free, but Rodrigo Arnau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo morón were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Guerrero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ruperto Polentzi took the corner. Deportivo morón's Ruperto Polentzi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rodrigo Arnau in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Herminio Ofelio made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Genaro Javiar however managed to control. If Gustavo Ofelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, Leandro Vistruario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guerrero and the Deportivo morón players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Guerrero got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Vistruario. Feliciano Roano kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Gogo Xabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Danilo Ixona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Arnau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
