With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Enaut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zacarias Aimar made a kick off. Zacarias Aimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Zacarias Aimar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alpasinche FC's Baltasar Roderigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute Aurelio Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Maruchas FC's Fabian Aurre got a free kick in the 68th minute. Aurelio Ubarna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Enaut having to interfere. Mateo Enaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Tximitx in the 73rd minute of the match. Faustino Pirmin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maruchas FC's Zacarias Aimar got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prudencio Cheche hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Alpasinche FC were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Maruchas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alejo Ilixo took the corner. Anibal Lorencio tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Mateo Enaut. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 92nd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Alpasinche FC could leave the field as winners, despite Maruchas FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
