Maruchas FC's Prudencio Cheche suffered a sore thigh after 2 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 2 minutes, Jonatan Santiago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bulnes and the Maruchas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maruchas FC's Faustino Pirmin got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Modesto Reyes struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Mateo Enaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bulnes. Cayetano Tulio hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Faustino Pirmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Lehior having to interfere. Evelio Pes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Lehior having to interfere. Bulnes's Anacleto Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Pirmin in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Zacarias Aimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Lehior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Sanduru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Enaut having to interfere. When Zacarias Aimar fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maruchas FC's protests and gave Zacarias Aimar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, Maruchas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Aimar to maneuver through the defense. Maximo Sanduru's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mateo Enaut firmly grabbed it by the left post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Modesto Reyes was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bulnes's Cayetano Tulio got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Bulnes's Maximo Sanduru in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maruchas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Mateo Enaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Sanduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Maximo Sanduru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mateo Enaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Maruchas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Reyes came free, but Mateo Enaut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maruchas FC's Zacarias Aimar got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonatan Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Maruchas FC booed when Bulnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Maruchas FC's Faustino Pirmin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anacleto Lehior narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Sanduru in the 84th minute of play forced Maruchas FC's goalkeeper Mateo Enaut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Maruchas FC's Zacarias Aimar got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 87 played minutes Maruchas FC got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Aznaro. Faustino Pirmin took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anacleto Lehior. Anacleto Lehior dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Maximo Sanduru came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Bulnes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Sanduru couldn't finish the play. The Maruchas FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Maruchas FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
