To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, MARADROGA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Tiadoro came free, but Oscar Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, MARADROGA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Firmin to maneuver through the defense. The Jagüelito FC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Jagüelito FC's Arturo Tiadoro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jagüelito FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
