Alfonso Cefero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fausto Ilazki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmiro Bemabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Cefero having to interfere. Leo Erramun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Gipuzkoa having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Delmiro Bemabe made a precise shot to the right of Everardo Gipuzkoa. Tumba Rancho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 31 minutes, Anastasio Estebe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tumba Rancho and the Polvaredas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Tumba Rancho got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Estebe. Maximino Eron, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 33rd minute Hugo Bautista suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Geronimo Tebaldo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tumba Rancho's protests and gave Geronimo Tebaldo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Geronimo Tebaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Tumba Rancho's Fausto Ilazki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfonso Cefero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. In the 54th minute, Amado Bertin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfonso Cefero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amado Bertin in the 57th minute. Polvaredas FC's Alfonso Cefero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Polvaredas FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Erramun in the 65th minute of play forced Tumba Rancho's goalkeeper Everardo Gipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Ilazki in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Cefero saved Polvaredas FC from getting behind. When Delmiro Bemabe fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polvaredas FC's protests and gave Delmiro Bemabe a yellow card for diving instead. 72 minutes into the match, Tumba Rancho's Venancio Garcia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Delmiro Bemabe kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Amado Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Cefero having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Tumba Rancho's Fausto Ilazki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Cefero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Amado Bertin could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Alfonso Cefero however easily saved by the left post. Amado Bertin struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Alfonso Cefero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tumba Rancho. If Amado Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amado Bertin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alfonso Cefero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
