After 21 minutes of play, Leguizamón's Ceferino Quico made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niceto Frasquito was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Leguizamón's Bernardino Jerano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Frasquito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernardino Jerano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Frasquito having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Argentino Ms. Jz.'s zone, Bernardino Jerano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Frasquito came out of the goal and Bernardino Jerano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregorio Rius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Veremundo in the 45th minute of play. Justo Veremundo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gregorio Rius came out and tried to block the shot, but Justo Veremundo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ceferino Quico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Argentino Ms. Jz.'s Niceto Frasquito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Argentino Ms. Jz. from getting a goal against them. After 55 played minutes Leguizamón's Bernardino Jerano stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Niceto Frasquito stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Argentino Ms. Jz. of the goal. Niceto Frasquito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Niceto Frasquito made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Bernardino Jerano sent off a good shot on target. Niceto Frasquito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Quico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceferino Quico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Leguizamón booed when Argentino Ms. Jz. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Mannie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leguizamón's Bernardino Jerano got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 89 minutes, Ceferino Quico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leguizamón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Quico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Argentino Ms. Jz.'s Juan Mannie got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, one of Leguizamón:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Leguizamón. The referee gave Argentino Ms. Jz. a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teofilo Joachim, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Leguizamón's Gregorio Rius. 2-2.
