Teo Elixio came out of the goal and Justino Fertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teo Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Fertus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Zacarias Oliveiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Generoso Lugo struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Narciso Odilon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ositos Gominolas Torpes. Zacarias Oliveiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Hufflepuff's Narciso Odilon got control of the ball when Generoso Lugo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ositos Gominolas Torpes's Zacarias Oliveiro got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justino Fertus to strike the kick off in the second half. Ositos Gominolas Torpes's Teo Elixio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Ositos Gominolas Torpes from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute, Zacarias Oliveiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Narciso Odilon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 60th minute, Generoso Lugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ositos Gominolas Torpes booed when Hufflepuff was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Bento didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Justino Fertus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teo Elixio. That made the score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. Teo Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Fertus in the 71st minute of play. Justino Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Teo Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Rivas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teo Elixio having to make a save. In the 80th minute Generoso Lugo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Hufflepuff got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Javiero. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
