If Bartolo Ponciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quilumpa's Gaspar Hermelando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Quilumpa from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute of the match David Erdiano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaspar Hermelando skillfully saved the ball. Hugo Bilintx hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Lico was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 61 minutes, Delmar Sabin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilumpa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Sabin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segundo Stephen's late challenge caught a Quilumpa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Segundo Stephen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Chosmes getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Segundo Stephen hit a great ball. Hilario Oriche was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bartolo Ponciano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 65 minute of play. Gervasio Lico struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Gaspar Hermelando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chosmes. Hilario Oriche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Sabin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Delmar Sabin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes Chosmes got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Stephen. Hilario Oriche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmar Sabin went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Bartolo Ponciano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Hilario Oriche made a huge save. Gaspar Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Leguizamón in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute of the match, Marcelino Lain got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hilario Oriche was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Gervasio Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Gervasio Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quilumpa's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
