In the 15th minute, Daniel Tibalt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jairo Buinton charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Buinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jairo Buinton hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Placido Seme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Valerio in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Robustiano Weterio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Placido Seme. Niupi Argentino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robustiano Weterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Placido Seme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robustiano Weterio in the 28th minute. Placido Seme was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jairo Buinton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. With 34 minutes on the clock, Esteve Ariando commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Niupi Argentino fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Placido Seme, was totally fooled by C.S. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walter Trip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Tano having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alonzo Valerio made a kick off. In the 61st minute Walter Trip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Tano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Matteo's late challenge caught a Niupi Argentino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Matteo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Gaston Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.S. Nastro Azzurro's goalkeeper Justino Tano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvio Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Justino Tano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Trip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Tano having to interfere. The supporters of Niupi Argentino booed when C.S. Nastro Azzurro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Buinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonzo Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Valerio in the 97th minute of play forced Niupi Argentino's goalkeeper Placido Seme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
