The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 0-1 became the score in the 9th minute when Genaro Manuelo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pedro Roland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Tab in the 14th minute of play forced Sp. Canario's goalkeeper Flavio Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Ospetsu kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Cecilio Venceslao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miranda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sp. Canario the free kick. In the 31st minute, one of Miranda FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Miranda FC. Miranda FC:s Pedro Roland showed great skill when he stopped Amador Gora:s penalty. Astor Tab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Isauro having to interfere. Astor Tab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Isauro having to make a save. Pedro Roland didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Astor Tab made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Miranda FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Sergio Toli hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Miranda FC's zone, Valentin Bernad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Roland came out of the goal and Valentin Bernad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Augusto Ospetsu fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sp. Canario's protests and gave Augusto Ospetsu a yellow card for diving instead. Augusto Ospetsu hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Flavio Isauro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Tab in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Bernad in the 69th minute of play forced Miranda FC's goalkeeper Pedro Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Genaro Manuelo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sp. Canario's Flavio Isauro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Sp. Canario from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Genaro Manuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Genaro Manuelo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 84 minutes, Genaro Manuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miranda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Manuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amador Gora hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genaro Manuelo got free with Flavio Isauro in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Astor Tab sped through Sp. Canario's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Flavio Isauro. Miranda FC's Benicio Reynardo was substituted for Genaro Manuelo. Miranda FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
