Ciriaco Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Gonsalvo in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Isidro Gonsalvo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Innatalidad's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Gonsalvo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Hondo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flavio Furman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Hondo having to interfere. Ciriaco Hondo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victor Bastia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Victor Bastia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ciriaco Hondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Meder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Bastia in the 46th minute of play forced Acoite AFC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Hondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Bastia was the one to do the kick off. Isidro Gonsalvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ciriaco Hondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Naelio during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Acoite AFC's Gonzalo Naelio got a free kick in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Victor Bastia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ciriaco Hondo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciriaco Hondo came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Innatalidad's Isidro Gonsalvo. But to his dismay, Isidro Gonsalvo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ciriaco Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Gonsalvo in the 72nd minute of play. Emiliano Jesco hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Ciriaco Hondo came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Innatalidad's Victor Bastia. But to his dismay, Victor Bastia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Bastia in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Hondo saved Acoite AFC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Acoite AFC defense, Isidro Gonsalvo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Hondo. The Acoite AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Hondo should have stopped the shot. Ciriaco Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Alonso in the 83rd minute of play. Ciriaco Hondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Meder, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Ciriaco Hondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Gonsalvo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidro Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Hondo having to interfere. There was no doubt that Innatalidad were the better team. Innatalidad's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
