When Serafino Abechuco came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Chizap Internacional FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafino Abechuco couldn't finish the play. Jonas Rosalio didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 31st minute. 11delLeon's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Guillermo Tirso hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Mario Geofredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafino Abechuco's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. With an all-out effort, 11delLeon's Marco Matteo threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damaso Marko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Tirso was the one to do the kick off. If Rafael Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of 11delLeon booed when Chizap Internacional FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Ezkerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 played minutes, 11delLeon's Paolo Osoitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Matteo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 11delLeon reached it. Marco Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Rosalio in the 56th minute of play. Mario Geofredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Tirso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Mario Geofredo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marco Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Marko in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Serafino Abechuco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mario Geofredo, 2-1. 11delLeon's Damaso Marko got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Guillermo Tirso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Marcelino Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 minutes, Delmar Ezkerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chizap Internacional FC and the 11delLeon players grew even worse after the yellow card. 95 minutes into the game, 11delLeon's Damaso Marko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Matteo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Chizap Internacional FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
