Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anselmo Machado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Omar Kiliz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Garcia came out of the goal and Omar Kiliz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Silvestre Garcia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Icaño FC's Omar Kiliz got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Kiliz in the 9th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Silvestre Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 played minutes Icaño FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Eguerdi. After having played for 18 minutes, Anselmo Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Anselmo Machado fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club's protests and gave Anselmo Machado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Anselmo Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timoteo Feliz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Kiliz in the 25th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Silvestre Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Fernan Deunoro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Richie. Icaño FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Deunoro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Amancio Richie came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's Anselmo Machado. But to his dismay, Anselmo Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Timoteo Feliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Garcia having to interfere. Omar Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Garcia having to interfere. Timoteo Feliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Silvestre Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Omar Kiliz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Garcia was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Kiliz made a kick off. Silvestre Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Feliz in the 55th minute of the match. Esteban Cordeara's late challenge caught a Icaño FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th minute, Esteban Cordeara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Icaño FC's Amancio Richie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Machado in the 73rd minute of play. In the 79thth minute of the game Omar Kiliz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Silvestre Garcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Omar Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Timoteo Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omar Kiliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvestre Garcia having to make a save. The Icaño FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Racing Club to win.
