An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Indalecio in the 28th minute of play forced Monterroca's goalkeeper Aurelio Cebrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Braulio Mano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Emanuel Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Paublo in the 58th minute of the match. If Horacio Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Paublo scored 4-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuel Valery, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Braulio Mano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Emanuel Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Braulio Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute Braulio Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monterroca's Braulio Mano got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Monterroca had played much better football throughout.
