Spectators: 7254 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hernan Bazil made the kick off which started today's match. Monterroca's Horacio Paublo got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Iban came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Monterroca's Horacio Paublo. But to his dismay, Horacio Paublo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Osvaldo Garoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Monterroca's Aurelio Cebrian got control of the ball when Amadeo Bermudez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Licerio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Amadeo Bermudez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Cebrian having to make a save. Osvaldo Garoa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Iban having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Licerio during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 29 minutes into the match, Deportivo Chaco's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Paublo came free, but Emiliano Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Paublo struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Emiliano Iban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monterroca. In the 44th minute, Diego Licerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deportivo Chaco's Emiliano Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Paublo in the 48th minute of play.

If Amadeo Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Paublo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emiliano Iban came out and tried to block the shot, but Horacio Paublo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 54th minute. A collision led to Monterroca getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Silvestre Luzea hit a great ball. When Monterroca, in the 59th minute, was rewarded a free kick, Silvestre Luzea went for the shot and managed to fire it away just outside the right post. An excellent chance for a goal! When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Horacio Paublo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Emiliano Iban to make any attempt to save it. Amadeo Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Bazil struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Aurelio Cebrian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Chaco. Braulio Mano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Emiliano Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Monterroca's Braulio Mano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emiliano Iban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Braulio Mano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Emiliano Iban successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emiliano Iban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Mano in the 97th minute.
