Quilmes Atlético Club's Adrian Tomi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Arnalt in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matias Arnalt in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Tomi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Chuquis AFC's Matias Arnalt in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quilmes Atlético Club's goalie prevented a goal. Matias Arnalt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Adrian Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Cutberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Perfecto having to make a save. 20 minutes into the game, Chuquis AFC's Reynaldo Colon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adrian Tomi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 25th match minute, Quilmes Atlético Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Jenaro to maneuver through the defense. When Cipriano Naelio came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Chuquis AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Naelio couldn't finish the play. Adrian Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Colon in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Arnalt in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Tomi saved Quilmes Atlético Club from getting behind. Maximo Calisto hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Matias Arnalt struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Adrian Tomi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuquis AFC. After having played for 34 minutes, Cipriano Naelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuquis AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matias Arnalt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chuquis AFC's Juan Palban got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Matias Arnalt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Cipriano Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Tomi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Fabricio Eztebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quilmes Atlético Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Eztebe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Perfecto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adrian Tomi came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Chuquis AFC's Reynaldo Colon. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Colon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Adrian Tomi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias Arnalt's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After having played for 60 minutes, Cipriano Naelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuquis AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lázaro Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 69 in the game by Matias Arnalt from a close distance when the talented Adrian Tomi managed to make a qualified save. Quilmes Atlético Club's players were relieved. Adrian Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Arnalt in the 70th minute of play. Paulo Ovando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Arnalt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Adrian Tomi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chuquis AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chuquis AFC played a much better game than Quilmes Atlético Club and deserved their victory. The Quilmes Atlético Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
