After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Cornelio Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciudad Oculta's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Dei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Gartxot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornelio Dei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Gartxot having to interfere. Leopoldo Berenguer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. Ciudad Oculta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ciudad Oculta's Leopoldo Berenguer got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Ciudad Oculta defense, Americo Matai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Astor Sazon. The Ciudad Oculta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Astor Sazon should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Nequen's Rene Caitano got a free kick in the 19th minute. Cornelio Dei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Gartxot having to interfere. Alvaro Argi hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute of the match Ambrosio Quirze shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquiles Gartxot showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With his leg Aquiles Gartxot managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Ciudad Oculta's Cornelio Dei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Nequen's Camilo Bero got a free kick in the 39th minute. The corner led Ciudad Oculta's Ambrosio Quirze to fire away a dangerous shot which Aquiles Gartxot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

Astor Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Americo Matai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Astor Sazon came out and tried to block the shot, but Americo Matai slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 59th minute. Americo Matai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Emanuel Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astor Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Camilo Bero fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nequen's protests and gave Camilo Bero a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Nequen got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Bero. Emanuel Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Sazon having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Americo Matai notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ciudad Oculta's Astor Sazon. Astor Sazon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Astor Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Gartxot came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Ciudad Oculta's Leopoldo Berenguer. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Berenguer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Astor Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Aureliano Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nequen's Americo Matai in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ciudad Oculta's goalie prevented a goal. The Nequen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nequen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
