Astor Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Guillelmus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 4 minutes, Felipe Joanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Justiniano F.C. and the Ciudad Oculta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Sanduru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Berenguer in the 7th minute of the match. If Lázaro Guillelmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Justiniano F.C.'s Miguel Sanduru got control of the ball when Cornelio Dei tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marciano Chucho during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leopoldo Berenguer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miguel Sanduru came out and tried to block the shot, but Leopoldo Berenguer slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute, Fabio Errapel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Berenguer made a kick off. Cornelio Dei took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Sanduru. Miguel Sanduru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 59th minute, Felipe Joanes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Justiniano F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When Delmar Felipillo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Justiniano F.C.'s protests and gave Delmar Felipillo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Leopoldo Berenguer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justiniano F.C.'s Lázaro Guillelmus got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ciudad Oculta booed when Justiniano F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Eguen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Ambrosio Quirze sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Justiniano F.C.'s Miguel Sanduru didn't even have to move. 79 minutes into the match, Justiniano F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Dei came free, but Miguel Sanduru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Dei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Miguel Sanduru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ciudad Oculta's zone, Ovidio Giro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Sazon came out of the goal and Ovidio Giro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 93 minutes of play Justiniano F.C.'s Felipe Joanes was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Justiniano F.C.! The referee gave Ciudad Oculta a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ambrosio Quirze, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Justiniano F.C.'s Miguel Sanduru. 4-1. Justiniano F.C.'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ciudad Oculta had won, even though Justiniano F.C. had held more of the ball.
