After a rather tough play, Barra AFC's Prospero Bernal got a free kick in the 18th minute. Melchor Baleren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amado Hermelando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benjamin Iyan kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Barra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Fe came free, but Javier Elizardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Melchor Baleren came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Motomo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melchor Baleren couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, Manuel Fe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Javier Elizardo, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Olo to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Barra AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Prospero Bernal hit a great ball. Javier Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Baleren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barra AFC's Aureliano Chano shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Amado Hermelando but with some difficulty. A wasted opportunity for Barra AFC. Isaac Herausos short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Amado Hermelando to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Melchor Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Javier Elizardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Motomo FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
