Paulo Fanuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Bela having to interfere. Isidoro Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Cipriano Ebardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Bela having to interfere. Cipriano Ebardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Israel Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bonpland FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Sein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Astor Sein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Evis in the 20th minute. If Israel Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Albino Cilio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bonpland FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Español the free kick. In the 25th minute, Albino Cilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Israel Corderall took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Astor Sein to make any attempt to save it. Paulo Fanuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Ebardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Orlando Bela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Israel Corderall made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Bernardino Evis made a precise shot to the right of Astor Sein. Deportivo Español's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Bonpland FC's Orlando Bela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Fanuco in the 58th minute of play. Paulo Fanuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Orlando Bela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Albino Cilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Orlando Bela managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Deportivo Español's Cipriano Ebardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Astor Sein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Evis in the 66th minute of play. Israel Corderall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Sein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Fanuco in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Bela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Orlando Bela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Ebardos short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Orlando Bela to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cipriano Ebardo in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Orlando Bela, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Braulio Madaleno during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Deportivo Español got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Madaleno. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Español's zone, Bernardino Evis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Sein came out of the goal and Bernardino Evis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Bonpland FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
