A collision led to Justiniano F.C. getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ovidio Giro hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Justiniano F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Felipillo. Atlético Neuquén's Rene Mateo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Justiniano F.C.. Lázaro Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Guillelmus to make the kick off. The supporters of Justiniano F.C. booed when Atlético Neuquén was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Obano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Justiniano F.C.'s zone, Ivan Fagondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After 92 played minutes Atlético Neuquén got a freekick which was hit by Luis Sotero. If Felipe Joanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Arixo struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Miguel Sanduru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Neuquén. Atlético Neuquén were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Justiniano F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
